Broadway Chamber Players is proud to present our second Summer Kid's Concerts Series - two incredibly creative and fun concerts that are sure to leave your kids musically energized!

Manhattan Brass

St. Malachy's – The Actors' Chapel

(between Broadway & 8th Ave)

These incredible Broadway musicians and of the iconic and award-winning Manhattan Brass will perform a free educational music program designed to engage young audiences about the basic elements of music.  Their programs have received national attention (CNN, NPR's 'Performance Today’) and have been presented to literally hundreds of thousands of students spanning the entire United States. This program is fully interactive with the students from the very first note, and take them on a journey through music, history, and perception. In addition, the quintet makes time at the end of their program for questions from the students and invites them to come to the stage and touch the instruments, themselves. 

SUGGESTED AGE LEVEL: grades 3-5

Storytime Quartet

Five Broadway artists from the captivating Storytime Quartet will perform “World Music Tour” – a unique blend of dynamic storytelling and live music that creates an entertaining and engaging educational concert program. Traveling "Texas" Eddie narrates a music filled tour of world culture from all seven continents. Children will also get a valuable up close look at the string instruments.

SUGGESTED AGE LEVEL:  grades K-5
